These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your engagement with Studio ("we", "us", or "our") for web design and development services. By purchasing a package or otherwise working with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide website design, development, and related creative services as described on our site and in any written proposal. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for your project will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
2. Payment
Project fees are quoted in U.S. dollars. One-time packages are typically invoiced as a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due on delivery. Subscription plans (such as the Care Plan) are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe.
3. Client Responsibilities
To keep your project on schedule, you agree to provide content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may extend the project timeline.
4. Revisions & Scope
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as listed on our pricing page. Work requested beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately as additional services.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
